I was in LucKin Coffee in Qingdao in 2019. In 2021, I discovered specialty coffee through friends and the internet. I then joined Manner Coffee, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills. After the pandemic, I worked at Ralph’s Coffee, a pop-up shop that had been open for a year, and later went to Snow Peak Café. I’m proud to join DaVinci Gourmet in 2025.
What does it provide to your masterpieces?
The citrus flavour is bright, tangy, and refreshing and the product gives a good visual appeal to any beverage.
What is the ‘Signature’ that will make you stand apart by using this product?
I use an unconventional process to give my coffee beverage a different appearance and flavour. To make the layering more obvious, I use ice, water and espresso to steam together, so that the liquid can achieve the effect of cloud foam.
