Summer Berry Cream Lemonade
Drink Description:
The Summer Berry Cream Lemonade captures the striking colours of the Russian flag in a glass. This artistic creation combines juicy strawberries and oranges with zesty lemons. Cap it with whipped cream, strawberry and lemon garnishes and you will have a drink that looks good and tastes even better.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| European Strawberry | 20ml |
| Blue Ocean Syrup | 15ml |
Other Ingredients:
| Lemon juice | 15ml |
| Chilled water | 150ml |
| Ice | 200g |
| Espresso | 1 shot |
| Lemon slice | Garnish |
| Strawberry slice | Garnish |
Method:
- Add blue ocean syrup and 50ml chilled water into a mixing glass with ice
- Stir well to chill evenly
- Add European strawberry syrup, lemon juice and remaining chilled water into glass and stir gently
- Fill the glass with ice
- Top up with blue ocean mix
- Garnish and serve
