Watermelon Sunset
Drink Description:
This refreshing drink is perfect for a summer season. The sweet and fruity taste of watermelon is complemented by the zesty and citrusy flavour of lime.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| Watermelon Wonder | 30ml |
| Juicy Lime Syrup | 10ml |
Other Ingredients:
| 7Up | 100ml |
| Fresh Orange Juice | 100ml |
| Ice | 200g |
| Watermelon Triangle | 1 |
| Orange Wheel | 1 |
| Mint Sprig | Garnish |
Method:
- Add 3 pumps of Watermelon Wonder and 1 pump of Juicy Lime Syrup into the glass
- Add ice and 7Up
- Stir a little until constant red colour
- Top up with ice and fresh Orange juice
- Garnish with an Orange wheel, mint sprig and a Watermelon triangle
