    Milk 120ml
    Espresso 30ml
    Ice 150g
    Cheese Cream Cap 50ml
    GARNISH
    Cheese Cream Cap/ Crumbled Hazelnuts/ Coffee Powder

    Method:

    • Mix 1 part (100 ml) of DVG Cheesecake sauce with 4 parts (400 ml) of cream and 2 g of salt in the blender to create your Cheese Cream Cap.
    • Put all the ingredients except the cheese cream in the shaker and shake with plenty of ice
    • Pour the mixture into the glass and top with the cream cap.
    • Garnish with sunflower seeds and coffee powder and serve
