    PISTACHAI BLANC

    Drink Description:
    The new generation of Mont Blancs come without coffee, leveraging on the favourite options of Chai as a must-have on every café’s menu, but elevated into a Mont Blanc with a simple green velvet foam.

    DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:

    Chai Concentrate 2 pumps (20ml)
    Pandan Sauce 2 pumps (20ml)
    Pistachio Sauce 2 pumps (20ml)

    Other Ingredients:

    Cold Water 150ml
    Ice 150g
    Green Velvet Foam 100ml
    Pistachio Grounds Garnish

    Method:

    • EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS - 14oz dine-in cup or 16oz dine-in/takeaway cup
    • Add Pecan Praline Syrup and Infused Three Stories Cold Brew into cup
    • Add ice
    • Top with Green Velvet Foam
    • Garnish and serve
