    TROPICAL MATCHA SPARKLE

    Drink Description:
    The next generation of matcha no longer goes on milk or milk alternatives. Matcha as a refreshment is making the second wave even more irresistible as cafes move towards a lighter and easyto-drink matcha beverage, signifying a preference shift for customers.

    DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:

    Mango Fruit Mix 2 pumps (30ml)
    Fragrant Lychee 2 pumps (20ml)
    Matcha Concentrate 3 pumps (30ml)

    Other Ingredients:

    Sparkling Water 150ml+30ml
    Ice 150g(cup)
    Lemon Garnish
    Espresso Double

    Method:

    • EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS - 14oz dine-in cup or 16oz dine-in/takeaway cup
    • Dilute Matcha Concentrate with 30ml Sparkling Water
    • Add Mango Fruit Mix, Fragrant Lychee, and 150ml sparkling water into cup and stir slightly
    • Add ice into cup
    • Pour diluted Matcha Concentrate into cup
    • Garnish and serve
