The next generation of matcha no longer goes on milk or milk alternatives. Matcha as a refreshment is making the second wave even more irresistible as cafes move towards a lighter and easyto-drink matcha beverage, signifying a preference shift for customers.

| Mango Fruit Mix | 2 pumps (30ml) |
| Fragrant Lychee | 2 pumps (20ml) |
| Matcha Concentrate | 3 pumps (30ml) |

| Sparkling Water | 150ml+30ml |
| Ice | 150g(cup) |
| Lemon | Garnish |
| Espresso | Double |

Method:
- EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS - 14oz dine-in cup or 16oz dine-in/takeaway cup
- Dilute Matcha Concentrate with 30ml Sparkling Water
- Add Mango Fruit Mix, Fragrant Lychee, and 150ml sparkling water into cup and stir slightly
- Add ice into cup
- Pour diluted Matcha Concentrate into cup
- Garnish and serve
