    WHITE COCONUT ESPRESSO CRUNCH

    Drink Description:
    Vietnamese inspired, coffee forward, with a touch of elevated creaminess to have it locally relevant. Enhanced through the creaminess of a condensed milk based White Chocolate Sauce brings the perfect balance of all ingredients with that extra coffee crunch!

    DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:

    White Chocolate 3 pumps (20ml)
    Texturizing Base 3 pumps (45ml)

    Other Ingredients:

    Coconut Milk/Cream 120ml
    Ice 230g
    Coffee Beans 5pcs
    Espresso Double

    Method:

    • EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS - 3 pumps (45ml) 3 pumps (45ml) 120ml 230g Double 14oz dine-in cup or 16oz dine-in/takeaway cup
    • Add all ingredients into ice blender except espresso
    • Blend on high speed till smooth
    • Add espresso into cup
    • Pour blended mix into cup
    • Garnish and serve
