SPICED MANGO COLADA
Drink Description:
Fruity and creamy refreshment at its best with a light spiced mango mousse on the top to complete the lightness follow through. Mango remains as one of the main fruits that is widely accepted through the regions and the seasons of the year.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| Mango Fruit Mix | 3 pumps (45ml) |
| Cooler Base Powder | 20g |
Other Ingredients:
| Coconut Milk/Cream | 120ml |
| Ice | 230g |
| Cinnamon Powder | Garnish |
| Espresso | Double |
Method:
- EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS - 14oz dine-in cup or 16oz dine-in/takeaway cupcup
- Add all ingredients into ice blender except espresso
- Blend on high speed till smooth
- Add espresso into cup
- Pour blended mix into cup
- Garnish and serve
