A frozen style beverage that took guidance from a favourite fruity and herbaceous combination that is popular in dessert bars and ice creams, bringing out a fruity creaminess that is unique for every consumer fit for any occasion.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| Strawberry Fruit Mix | 30ml |
| Frappease Powder | 30g |
Other Ingredients:
| Fresh Milk | 200ml |
| Ice Cubes | 180g |
| Basil Leaves | Handful |
Method:
- EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS 12oz cup / Blender
- Add all ingredients into the blender jar
- Blend till smooth
- Cage the cup with Strawberry Fruit Mix
- Pour blended mix into cup
- Garnish and serve
